Good location, quite area. Apartment in Skawińska 15 is big, nice and comfortable. Hotel Staff was helpful with a lot of services (e.g. you can buy public transport tickets there). We will definitely choose it again.
Mattress of the bed was not comfortable enough.

I had the loveliest stay at a hostel in Krakow. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the hostel itself was exceptionally clean. My room on the highest floor was functional and cosy, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The location was fantastic, situated in the trendy Kazimierz district with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I also appreciated the good value for money and the convenience of a 24-hour reception. I highly recommend staying at this hostel for an enjoyable and budget-friendly experience.

The staff is very helpfull and friendly; the room was very very clean and as my room was 'the melisa' room it has melissa smell; the hostel as a good location, near the Kamiziers and the bus to the Salt Mine is just around the corner; you can walk to city center in less than 20 minutes or take the tram in the corner. This hostel was a great and good surprise.
be prepared to hear just a little noise from people walking and talking and the breakfast is very simple, but it is ok.

Comfortable, roomy conditions, large bathroom, good location and security, handy kitchen facilities.
Laundry facilities would be good, and perhaps new blankets for the bed.

The Skawinska apartment was extremely clean, well presented and in a great location. It kept us warm and comfortable in at -20'. The staff were great and breakfast was convenient at the hostel. A great service in the airport pick up/drop off - cheaper than a taxi, easier than the tram.
Would have preferred to pay an extra 10zlotys and had large towels in the apartment already, rather than having to collect from the hostel.

I got great value for my money at The Secret Garden. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated with a lovely theme. The location was perfect, close to the old town and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

It was a good location, clean. The value for money was fine.
We found the staff to be very rude and not helpful. We were put in a room with bunk beds while we had booked a double room. After asking if we could change to a double room the girl behind the counter sighed and acted as if this was a crazy request.

I feel that the mattress could have been more generous

I had a small issue with my room initially, but the staff at Secret Garden were quick to resolve it and gave me a much nicer room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan provided helped keep the room cool. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The night shift staff member was particularly helpful and polite. I would recommend this hostel for its value, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The apartment was spacious, with WiFi which had a good connection, and the neighborhood was perfect for seeing what Krakow had to offer with the tram less than 5 min walk from the apt.
The beds mattress was broke down, when we complained we were ignored. The complaint on the bath drain was fixed the next day, so we think the mattress was not replaceable.
